- Fix releaseNotes to use LocaleString ({ en_US: '...' })
- Remove preInstall from VersionGraph.of() (moved to init already)
- Move versions/ from startos/install/versions/ to startos/versions/
- Rename wrapperRepo -> packageRepo, docsUrl -> docsUrls (array), marketingSite -> marketingUrl, remove supportSite
- Fix watchBitcoinRPCUsers: access rpcauth via bitcoinConf.raw.rpcauth
Replaces buildService.yml + releaseService.yml with build.yml, tagAndRelease.yml, and release.yml — matching the cloudflared-startos template. tagAndRelease is disabled by default (workflow_dispatch only).
